MAUI NO KA OI

Aloha!
I realize i didn't give you people any update on the situation here, the reason being I was out of the continental US for a couple weeks.
I just came back from Maui Hawai where I possibly had the best time in my life!! What an amazing destination I am telling you..Now I am back in the cold (average of 21F, that's -6C my friends, brrrrrr...) but not for long, a couple months maybe before I go back to Europe supposedly for good!
Since I have some more time now I plan on adding pictures of my trips to California, DC, Peru, Florida and of course Hawai in the next coming posts so stay tuned for more..;-)

IS GHOST DOG LIVIN' IN BROOKLYN??

Some people might have seen the movie "Ghost Dog: the Way of the Samurai" starring Forest Whitaker. In that movie which is amongst my list of favorites, the main character is a man that keeps pigeons in a cabin on the roof of his appartment building. Then he frees the trained birds and allows them to fly back and forth in formation as he waves his hands. Now, your are probably wondering why in the world am I telling you this...Well the other day I was on my way back from Bushwick, Brooklyn, looked up and guess what? The exact same thing! So I am spreading the wonder... ;-)
